Item I sold arrived damaged

Is there a way for me to get paid and the buyer to get refunded? It’s not my fault it arrived broken.

Sellers are responsible for getting the item to the buyer in listed condition. That means packaging the item so no damage occurs.

Ask your buyer for photos showing the damage to the item and packaging and then refund.

After you take care of the buyer, if the package was insured, you can file a claim online here:

If USPS deems the item was properly packaged, they will honor the claim.
