I have an item that was shipped and delivered ( I contacted buyer to make sure they had received item) but USPS did not scan the item as delivered and it is still showing as "In Transit". How do I fix this? Thanks!

The only way I know of would be for the buyer to take the package to her PO and ask them to scan it as delivered.
You can't. You're not able to update tracking scans.
