I have an item that was shipped and delivered ( I contacted buyer to
make sure they had received item) but USPS did not scan the item as
delivered and it is still showing as "In Transit". How do I fix this?

How do you figure out the total cost of shipping from the Worldwide
Shipping Program to the customer? It will only show the amount of
shipping to the hub. Thanks!
