You have 30 days to Cancel it and use the reason Buyer hasn't Paid so they get an unpaid item strike on their account.
If the Buyer paid for it then it will be in this file awaiting shipping Orders — eBay Seller Hub UNLESS they filed a claim that they did not receive the item one day past the original estimated delivery date and if you did not ship the item then they were refunded and your account got a strike.
