Issues with eBay charges

Does anyone have this issue as a seller that your items are not selling eBay keeps charging your bank account while your bank account is in the negative and I am getting quite a bit of fees of $30 per time they charge me this is adding up and it’s costing me tons of money right now because they keep charging me is anyone else having this issue with eBay?

And I cannot cannot get through to anybody live at eBay to tell them to stop charging my bank account.

You have chosen to list the Thomas Kinkade painting with a Reserve Price option.

The Reserve Price option is considered a listing upgrade, so Ebay will charge you for using the Reserve Price, regardless if the item sells or not.

Edited to add: you have listed it 5 times, so Ebay will charge you for each time it is listed.

STOP using the Reserve Price option.  Instead, revise the listing and start the auction at the lowest price you will accept if you only get one bid.  That will save $30 each time it is listed.
