Issue with printing order details - only printing in landscape

I print out the order details for tax purposes and all the sudden it is only printing in landscape.  Anyone else having this issue.  Printing in landscape is too small to even read.

Apparently at least one user was able to change the orientation by changing both the browser print setting and the system dialog print setting.
