Recently I've had a couple instances where I accepted a counter offer. Ebay didn't send me a notification that I "made the sale." When I go look @ the item it shows I sent the counter offer amount not the buyer. Then when you click on pending it shows "waiting for payment" even though it still available in my store listings.
The last time this happened the offer ended up expiring even though it was a counter offer I accepted not an offer I sent. What is causing this & how canI fix it? Or is it just an Ebay glitch?
