Issue with Subscription Payment and Address Verification

My name is Mohammed Chraa Mesbahi, and I am reaching out to seek assistance with an issue I have been facing regarding my eBay subscription payment.

Here is the situation:

I initially registered an account on eBay using an incorrect address, and my subscription payment using my Mastercard was not accepted due to the address mismatch.
After contacting eBay support, I was advised to create a new account with the correct address matching my card details. I followed this recommendation and registered a new account using my correct address. However, I am still encountering the same issue: my payment is being declined due to a supposed address mismatch.

Despite the new account being registered with the correct address, the issue persists. I would like to emphasize that:

My Mastercard is fully functional and valid.
I have sufficient balance in the account.
I use this card regularly for purchases on both international and local platforms without any issues.
Unfortunately, this situation has left me unable to proceed with my eBay subscription, despite having followed the steps provided by your support team.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. If any further details or documents are required, I am more than willing to provide them.
