Issue with Sending Messages and Placing Orders

I've been trying to communicate with sellers through the messaging system, but it seems that my messages are not being received by the recipients. I haven't received any responses either. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?
I've also encountered problems while trying to place orders for items on the platform. I've verified the availability of the items, ensured that my payment information is accurate, and confirmed my shipping address. However, each time I try to proceed with the purchase, the order doesn't go through successfully. Can you please assist me in identifying the cause of this problem?

As a new user there are limits on the number of messages you can send that may explain, and what you can send. No contact information is allowed to be sent prior to a payment; this can sometimes prevent messages from being sent or received.

 

Do your sellers have a shipping method specified for your Primary Shipping location? If not, the seller may be blocking your payment, even if you are using a different shipping location to receive the shipment.

 

What message do you see when you try to pay? This may help to narrow down the source of the problem.

They just said Card was declined. Even all the information was correct?
My message are sending but the seller is not replying to me for anything.

I think probably a large part of the problem is that many sellers have opted not to ship to Pakistan.  Nothing personal as regards you individually, it's just that shipping overseas can be such a hassle.  If I were a seller, I wouldn't do it.

Well I am trying to ship to the United States not to Pakistan

If your primary shipping address is set in your account as Pakistan, sellers that do not ship to Pakistan may block your payment, even if you are using an address in another location to receive the package.
