I am a new seller and could use some help please. Background is that I am selling for the family for the family trust. So there were a bunch of coins to sell. Many silver dollars. When I first got them I took pictures of all of them. Sold several. Now a buyer says I sent wrong one. He sent me a picture of a coin I did not have. Of this I am sure. I also no longer have listed coin, I checked like 4 times. Said they could return. Then they asked for discount and they would keep. Wanted to make sure I didn't mix up with another buyer as i am very careful packing. Then buyer said that if I also returned the shipping cost for both coins if I had sent out his to someone else he would keep coin and other buyer could keep his. Well no one else got the wrong one. Told him if he wanted to keep I would send discount he asked for first. Now he is returning coin and I know it isn't the one I sent. It is in rough shape and I didn't have one like that. Is this a scam? If so what can I do. This is the highest priced coin so far. Hate to tell family I lost the money and the coin.
