If you go to the search bar in the store, and try to search anything nothing is able to be searched, I’ve questioned eBay about this for months, I’m just trying to understand if they are been stealing from the whole entire platform or just me personally. They will give me no response I have been trying now for days to even get a call back and it just keeps saying I have one pending and I do not. I know that they have dropped off the top 100 NASDAQ list, are they trying to run the platform in on the ground, or have they just been stealing and not telling anyone they have been committing fraud as a platform and want to blame this as another glitch in their system without giving anyone any type of credit.

I tried 2 different searches in your store and both worked. “Austin” and “Frank Thomas”.
What search does not work for you?

No, as soon as I started typing this happened, I tried others stores as well, they all have the same issue.This is on everyone’s

Looks like you've got plenty of battery and you're on wifi okay. I suggest that you shut down your phone, wait about 20 seconds, and then start it again. Many times, simply cycling the power will get rid of what's clogging up the works.

I have tried that as well the screenshot shows I have plenty of battery, I can go on regular search in eBay, it works just fine. I can’t get in touch with eBay. I have even tried the chat letting them know the issue, they see it on their end, keep saying (we will send a report), well after a week,
also now problem if paying for items and can’t find them, should be right at 5900, store only showing 5500+ as well. This has been going on since September 2023 on that issue. They confirmed it was all stores and not to come in here, after 7 months of them commenting theft to everyone on the platform, time to get everyone opinion on class Action lawsuit!

OK, you didn’t mention you were using the app. I had the same problem and had to restart my phone to get out of the search 😞
You could try asking on the app board - https://community.ebay.com/t5/Mobile-Apps/bd-p/iosapp - I didn’t see the issue just browsing the first couple of pages.
I can’t imagine trying to operate a store from the app. I could not have done it, and I only had 2,000 listings.
Forget about the class action idea - you agree to no class action in the user agreement, unless you specifically opted out.

When they break the contract on their end, and do not fulfill any of their applications, I can do a class action lawsuit per they’re not following their own policy itself.

And now that I see, my total has been going down since September. I can all play the algorithm and show that it’s due to eBay not running their platform correctly, but I’m still paying for my items to be shown in the store, I have items worth over 1000 and this is now my 90 day period as well that’s not even correct. So I hope everyone filed their taxes themselves and did not use eBay because they had informed me I did not need to file taxes because it was not the correct amount after I did them myself with the CPA. They definitely needed to be done. So eBay will be getting exposed . If not to the Better Business Bureau next and they may have to take the platform down. Oh well. I’ve tried to cooperate with them now for over seven months, correct? Seven months. This is mouse so far out of hand all of the numbers on my counter messed up, and I cannot get anyone to contact me I will be contacting every platform and letting them know this is how this platform is now being ran and is all the top 100 in NASDAQ as well because of all of these issues.

I meant good luck with a lawsuit. I know that eBay is aware of the issue of not all listings displaying properly in stores. They do display when you use the ‘view seller’s other items’ instead of the store view.
Don’t get me wrong - I am not saying this is OK by any means. I was only pointing out that a class action lawsuit is not the answer. You agree to binding arbitration in the user agreement, so that is what your lawyer would pursue.
I did mean to mention - the 90 day total is not meant to be an amount to use for taxes. It is the value of transactions including sales tax, not reduced for cancelled transactions. There are other sources in the system for tax-worthy data.

Yes EBAY Broke the binding arbitration in the user agreement, and in my user agreement that I do consignment with for my lawyers and attorneys themselves as I should not have to mention. They are already looking into this and pursuing this for the past well since September 2023, because their items that are not being shown in the store that is being paid for. If I just wanted to look at other listings, I would not be buying a store and hiring employees and doing contracts with attorneys and lawyers for consignments just to have a contract by eBay broken since they can’t follow their own user agreement.

by eBay the platform writing the user agreement that is their signature on the user agreement. That is enough said by itself, they have broken their own contract, which is integrated with my contract with the lawyers and attorneys I do consignment for. And that’s where the problem has became a major issue. You cannot make these people happy when they win court cases better yet $100,000 items are not being seen and you have to search for them how you just explained because they’re not in the store that I pay for. I even upgraded the store for eBay themselves months ago. All I keep getting is a runaround and still waiting for the callback but now I should have over 1000 emails saying you did not pick up the phone you missed your call back, well, it’s hard to send the email when you’ve never gotten the call back itself for Account Account security or fraud the three main ways you can contact them. I should not have to tell any of my information like this is a storefront account and I’ve been on the platform for over 22 years. That’s where they’re breaking their contract you are correct I’m keeping my end of it. You are correct! lawsuit, correct .
