Where do I request an invoice from the seller?

Are you talking about a total for items in your shopping cart?  If so, seller has to have the option enable for you to see the "Request Total" invoice.

Or are you talking about individual purchases you want seller to combine?  If so, did the listing say the seller combines, or did you ask him before purchasing?
