trying to send an Invoice to a buyer but it will not go through. Keeps saying "We can’t tell if these are your items. Please sign in as the correct seller to continue." Nothing seems to work. There are about 27 items in the Invoice, could that be causing an issue.
I always list my items on the US site as all my customers are from the US. And it will not let me send the Invoice via the Australian site. It can only be sent on the site that I list the items. Never had issues sending Invoices in the past. It's just this one large Invoice to a regular customer I have in the US.
