Why does eBay allow purchases to made by buyers in Belarus when it is an illegible country for shipping? It allowed payment, provided the paid label through the International Shipping Program, and package went out for shipping, only to be returned. The ISP labels Belarus as ineligible and USPS also does not deliver there.
