is there a way for eBay cust serv to change my shipping statistics? I have had two packages now that I cannot ship without. TARIF six digit number in eBay couldn't help me. I spoke to USPS and they had no idea either. This caused these two shipments to be shipped later than normal... because of this, buyers will look at my shipping statistics and think I'm a bad seller!
