I have not selected international shipping for any of my current listings (I have offered free domestic shipping); however, I had a potential buyer message me and ask if I could ship an item to France. I have tried to edit the listing to allow international shipping at cost to the buyer, but the options are locked. Is there a way I can change my listing to allow for this sale, or should I tell the buyer sorry no deal?

Yes, they are all BIN. I do have an unexpired offer out there, so that is the problem. I guess I can I will tell the buyer I can change the shipping settings if the offer expires and no one else has purchased it. Thank you.

Unless there are bids or pending offers you should be able to revise it and add another shipping option - looks like all your listings are BIN, not auction?
