I shipped a package (diecast Model) to Brazil back in January and it went through Ebay hub like normal, it shows that it was returned to the Hub at the end of March. I was paid, but my question is what happens to it now? Will I get it back or not? The customer seems to think that I will get it back and be able to relist it for him to ship to a US family member. I have received no notices from ebay only the customer. Any help on this would be great.

@smarrtbuy. You advise the buyer to file a not received refund request and eBay refunds the buyer. It doesn't count against you.
Your job as a seller is done once the item is delivered to the EIS hub.

@smarrtbuy. EBay should have refunded the buyer and you keep the sale. The items not sent back to you.

Thanks, Now he is saying he didn't get a refund and wants to know if I will issue him one or if he should file a request and doesn't want to have it go against me. I wish I could just talk to someone at ebay about this and have it all cleared up. I think he is trying to scam me for the refund which I do not want to do, from everything I have seen on YouTube is that eBay takes care of all International shipping issues after they receive it at the hub, am I right in that thinking? I probably should just tell him to file the refund request, right?
