We recently sold some pro audio gear that weighed 21 lbs. It was delivered to the ebay Glendale Heights, IL location for them to deliver to the buyer. I think the buyer was in Australia but ebay does not make that very obvious. Today I received a message from ebay saying we have been refunded the full price of the sale but they could not deliver to the buyer. It also appears as though ebay has sent the buyer a full refund. My question is this: How can we know what can and cannot ship internationally? Thank you for your help.
