I have a return request from a buyer in Chile, I'm in The USA.
I've never had a return request from an International Buyer so I'm not sure how to handle.
I don't know what shipping carries are available in Chile, nor do I know the cost to return the item to the USA.
I've asked the buyer to get me a shipping price and i would then send him the money through Paypal as instructed by ebay, but the buyer hasn't responded.
My worry is that if the buyer never responds and since I'm the one responsible to process the return, the return will expire, the buyer then keeps the item AND I'm forced to refund the buyer too!
I was able to speak on the phone 1 time with an ebay customer service rep, and he said that the buyer can get a shipping quote and I would have to pay the shipping price via paypal, so i sent the buyer an email requesting such and no response.
Any help or guidance is appreciated & welcomed!
