International Customers Order has been held up in GSP Since Nov % with no updates

How can I get in contact with Ebay as the seller trying to help the buyer to figure out why his package isn't moving? USPS passed the package off to SkyPostal and there have been no new updates since Nov. 5.  It looks like the package is either lost or just hanging out taking up space somewhere.  Any help would be appriciated.

I believe SkyPostal is a freight forwarder. As long as you shipped to the address in the Order Details and tracking shows it was successfully delivered to that address, your part of the transaction is complete. If the package hasn't moved since being delivered to the freight forwarder, that is now between the Buyer and the forwarder.
