I purchased a marantz receiver and the insurance protection. I returned the receiver, received a refund for the marantz only, not the insurance. I have been unable to contact ebay or PayPal regarding this. Ebay states that it can't be refunded. I am stuck in a loop between PayPal and Ebay? Does anyone know how to get a refund for the Allstate insurance? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
