I had recently sold an item. Some how a shipping label was printed and I didn’t know that and when I got to the post office I ended up just purchasing another shipping label and shipping it with that label instead of the label from eBay. I tracked the the package with the shipping label I actually used and it’s been delivered but according to the shipping label that was generated by eBay, it’s at a stand still obviously because it’s not the shipping label that was used. I messaged the buyer and explained but got no response. How do I fix this?
