Incorrect negative feedback

How do you remove negative feedback from a buyer when they do it accidentally and it’s longer than 90 days ago

Feedback can only be revised or removed within 30 days.

Buyer made mistake… clicked on negative but gave excellent review…. Can you ask eBay to remove if both agree… can’t find where you can do this

But I believe they will only do it for 90 days & only if they deem it meets criteria for removal.  If it's been >90 days, you can try eBay on Twitter or Facebook, but I don't have the URLs for those, someone else may come along who does.
