Incorrect dimensions printing on shipping label

I'm having an issue. Not sure if it's on my end or not. Any assistance would be appreciate. 

When I print my shipping label, the dimensions printed on the label are incorrect and I think this effects the cost of shipping. 

Thoughts?

When you created your listing, did you enter the precise dimensions and weight of the pre-packaged item  into the Ebay shipping calculator?
