Incorrect Address

I just made my first sale and the buyer said the address is incorrect. What do you do in these cases? (New Seller)

You are required to ship to the address provided by Ebay in order to keep your seller protection.

If you have confirmed that it is actually your buyer that sent you the message, you can cancel the transaction due to "problem with buyer's address".

When you relist the item, the buyer can re-purchase the item using their corrected shipping address.
