Inability to print E-Bay Messages

Can someone guide as to how can I retrieve my E-Bay messages and try to print like in the past.

If you are using a desktop browser, try highlighting the message text you want to print, then right click and select "print selection" or "print" depending on your browser.

If you have your eBay messages forwarded to your email, you might try printing the email you received.

Thank you - I was still having problem trying to cover the entire area to be printed. 
Secondly, I had created a refund snd it was processed and confirmed, but I was still having problem printing that page- any suggestions?

You can also try pressing   CTRL-P   to print out the page.  That is what I often use when ebay does not have a print option.

I was still having problem trying to cover the entire area to be printed.

You should be able to click and drag your mouse to highlight all the text you want to print -- at least that is how it works for me in most browsers on a Windows 10 machine.
