Inability to contact seller

When I click on "Contact Seller" a sub-screen comes up. When I click on the field to type my question, nothing happens. I does not allow me to type. What am I doing wrong? Thanks kpizzle 220

If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE.  The area will enlarge as you type.  When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
