When I click on "Contact Seller" a sub-screen comes up. When I click on
the field to type my question, nothing happens. I does not allow me to

I purchased an item from a buyer but before he shipped it he realized it
was not functioning. He refunded me my money. The item still shows up as
unpaid. How do I get the item from "unpaid" to item was refunded and is
cleared from my account.
