why the image search is not working in the ebay app on my S22 
i have the icon for the bar code search but not the picture/image search 

any one know why the icon isn't there ?

That same camera icon should lead to a screen that allows you to take a picture, choose a picture from your gallery, or scan a bar code. If you do not see that, make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app.

I see the image search option using version 6.147.0.1.

I have the version 6.147.0.1 and the bar code icon is only for bar code i try taking picture of an item with it and it didn't work, also i can't use picture from my gallery it doesn't show the option for that as well 

i try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and still doesn't work

I only see a camera icon next to the microphone icon in the search bar. The camera icon leads to a camera page that can open the gallery, take a picture or scan a barcode. The first two options result in an image search.

Unfortunately my app don't show a camera icon, its only a bar code icon and its an auto picture option you cant  take picture manually
