Identity verification

I am trying to list an item for sale but I keep getting a message saying that eBay was unable to verify my identity. I've already changed my phone number to my SIM phone number as I was advised by the support team. Hasn't changed anything. I need this fixed immediately.

Did eBay verify your bank account.  When you begin your first listing, eBay tells you to verify your account.  eBay takes two small withdrawals to confirm account exists and then a week or more you will receive email advising you that you are verified.
