Hello, on July 26th I received a message that my eBay account was temporarily suspended and that I needed to verify my identity (as shown in image 1).
On July 27th, I uploaded a picture of my ID, but unfortunately it did not pass verification (as shown in the image 2). I saw in the message that the reason for the failure could be due to a blurry or expired ID picture, so on July 31st, I took a clearer picture of my ID and uploaded it again, but on August 1st, I still received a message that the verification did not pass (as shown in the image 3).
The only reason I can think of for the failure is that the information on eBay's backend does not match my ID information. However, I do not have an SSN or ITIN, so I cannot upload related pictures. What should I do in this situation?
