I am having problems adding "ITEM SPECIFICS" I have learned that others are having the same issue. Here's what happens. I list an item to sell, I add lots of the specifics. When the listing is done, the specifics disappear! I have tried every way I can think of to add them & get them to stay. I have spoken with ebay & was told they are working on this issue. The are aware of the problem. In the meantime, it's very frustrating. It's terrible that customers may be lost & also I keep getting notices to ADD ITEM SPECIFICS. I try again, SAME PROBLEM. PLEASE if anybody has an idea share it . Thanks in advance for your help!
