I HAVE TRIED TO LIST A BOOK ON EBAY.  BEFORE I COULD FINISH THINGS BEGAN POPPING UP FOR ME TO RESPOND TO AS IF I WERE SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.  I DO NOT WANT TO SHIP OUTSIDE THE U. S.    WHAT IS HAPPENING ?  I CANNOT  BACK OUT OF THE LISTING----
