I have 2 different occasions that ebay breached it's moneyback guarantee policy I returned 2 items to 2 sellers that never refunded me my money back $356.54 and another for $756.65 I spoke to customer support but no good outcome for me how is this OK. I want ,y money back I returned those item with return tracking information but ebay failed me and now I want to be compensated for pain and suffering for ebay breaching a protection policy

I suggest to contact eBay's Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter. They are good.

Try talking to ebay again with the contact method my fellow mentor shared.
If you do not have any success with ebay then you will need to contact your funding source and file a charge back.
