How can a seller keep 90% of total price of a item, When he was supposed to send the return label and sent me a fake one And said my reason for returning was wrong and when I opened a complaint instead of saying No longer needed because is dying of Congestive Heart and Cirrhosis of the liver and my reason when I opened my case was telling seller the truth and not say something like the chair didn't fit. I am comtacting my credit card on this matter.

I am very sorry to hear of your serious medical issues. I don't really know what else to say about that other than my prayers are sent your way.
A Buyer's Remorse return is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return shipping to the seller since the seller didn't do anything wrong nor was the item damaged in transit. The only time this isn't true is if the seller offers 30 or 60 day returns with seller pays shipping.
Once your item is received by the seller, they can keep the original amount they charged you for shipping for the same reason I expressed above.
Keep in mind that most sellers on Ebay don't have deep pockets like a larger corporation like Ebay might have.
