HELP PLEASE... I want to speak to an ebay representative, I've requested a Return with the seller, but I was told because I initiated a dispute/action with my Bank, I couldn't go any further with documenting my return, the seller hasn't been forth right with communication. I on the other hand have documented the entire experience thru messaging. I completed talks with my Bank about the return & hopefully a subsquent refund. But I don't know how to get thru to an ebay agent to make sure their aware of the return I'm about to make. I'm waiting to confirm with the Seller about a "proper" return address from the Seller. The purchase was received today (7/10/25) from Fedex and it will return to the Seller the same way, but with a Signature, the parcel is going back to India from the US.

Once you start a payment dispute with your bank, eBay can no longer help with that transaction, as the dispute is taken out of eBay's hands at that point.
