I want to close out my ebay account

I have ebay funds still available and want this refunded, then I want to close out my ebay account.  Process murky and unclear

@greendalek6   You can't close an account with a balance or an account that has been restricted.   It also has to be at least 60 days from your last sale or purchase.

You will have to ask eBay customer service why they are not paying out your funds.  Did you link and verify a checking account?
