I sold an item and USPS tracking through Ebay says it was delivered on the porch 1-15. Buyer says he did not get it. Ebay is withholding funds from me til resolved. I sent 3 messages to buyer with no response back. I have followed Ebay's instructions how to have them "step in" but every way I try, there is no link or way to do this! I am so frustrated. If it was delivered why am I having funds withheld. It's been over 3 days since the dispute. I tried calling on the phone and it just directs me back to the web. How do I get Ebay to step in and release the funds owed me?

Yes, he opened a dispute and I did reenter the tracking number. Though the buyer isn't responding to my messages, it still says funds will be on hold until this is taken care of. I don't feel that is right but I'm taking the advice to NOT ask Ebay to step in (and now the link for that is appearing). So, I hope Ebay settles it. Thanks.

Did buyer open a dispute? Did you reply and reenter the tracking number if asked?
Go to the Resolution Center. What is the current status of the dispute?

As a seller, you never want Ebay to step in.
Usually the button doesn't appear until the 4th day.
On an INR case, all you have to do is upload the tracking number to the INR case.
