Hi ebay 

I purchased lululemon nylon bag on Jan 13.. l paid 53 something. Seller didn't  action . No shipping, no email responding. So I ask refund for seller, but nothing answer. Please help this issue.

After the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund.  If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

You have to wait until the item is late, then open a claim.
