she bought item for and i will lose money. can I cancel order without a problem

I sold an item charged 50.00 shipping after calculating shipping was 192.00 buyer already paid.

You would need to cancel with the reason “out of stock”.  You’ll get a defect against your seller account for the cancellation, and the buyer may leave negative feedback, so be prepared for both of those.

@nanacorie2008   I just wanted to add that you need to be sure to use Calculated Shipping> buyer pays on the listing.  You have to enter the correct package weight and dimensions so that the buyer is charged the correct shipping price.  Also any package over 1 cubic foot has dimensional weight surcharges.

 

Something as large as the bassinet should be Local Pick Up only.  Don't try to ship it if you relist.
