Did you refund the buyer already?  That is the only way for a seller to close a return.

You will have to create a label outside of eBay.  Open a free account at pirateship.com.  Create the label, and print it to a jpeg file.  Then send the file to the buyer in a message.

Never refund a buyer until the return is received, unless you don't want the item returned.
