I returned my retun on time!!

I’m not happy I received a message saying the seller didn’t receive the return in time allowed!!  I was in total contact with the buyer, I explained our printer wasn’t working  so he said he’d send a paid postage mailer,, which he did!! I sent the pants back as soon as the mailer came!! He messaged me told me he received um & was sending the size I wanted instead of refunding!! I’ve been with EBay since 2008 I don’t appreciate getting accused of not sending return back properly!!  I spend alot on EBay, I’m seriously considering leaving eBay as I’ve had a few issues lately!! If I do you’ll lose a lot!!  I’m hoping this gets resolved as I don’t appreciate being accused of something I didn’t do!! I’m an excellent buyer, I pay for whatever I purchase as soon as I buy it!! Right now I’m not happy!! Hopefully things will get straightened out!! Thank you 🙃

Buyers are given a date by which they need to SHIP the item back.  There’s no date by which the seller needs to receive it back.

If you have tracking showing the item was delivered back to the seller … I would use the ‘ask eBay to step in’ link. 

If it’s too late to do that … then contact your credit card company, provide the tracking number, and request a chargeback.  DO NOT allow the seller to mess with you.  😖😊
