The 2013 Kia Optima mirror was defective. The mirror retract motor continuously ran and would not retract the mirror. I contacted the seller and returned the mirror. I have conformation, with picture that it was delivered to the address that the seller gave me. I have sent several messages to the seller asking about my refund, The seller will respond The mirror was purchased on 2/17. I contacted the seller on 3/10 and shipped it back on 3/12, which was within the 30 days for returns.
