I requested a combined shipping quote for 4 small items. I got the quote and it is more then I want to pay. It is not letting me cancel and says I committed to purchasing the item. It did not give me a choice - just says I am committed. How do I get out of this. I haven't paid for the items. Thank you for your help.

@4sale2enjoy Sellers can choose to give a combined shipping discount or not. They are not required by eBay to give any shipping discount. Shipping prices are determined by package size, weight, and distance.
You will have to reach out to the seller and see if they will agree to cancel the order. The seller is the only one that can cancel the order for you, this is not something eBay customer service can do.
If you do not pay and the seller doesn't agree to cancel then you receive unpaid item strike on your account when the order is canceled after 96 hours from the time of sale. 2 or more strikes in 12 months limits you to buy it now immediate payment only and no auctions or best offers for one full year.
