I received an order that don't work.

I ordered Item No. 295614678376, 3.5mm Stereo Splitter Audio to Mic & Headset Jack Plug Adapter Black Sale Y2V2, received but the device does not work.

I wrote to the seller: "Dear Seller,
I received my order, but, unfortunately, it does not work, there is no sound at all either in the headphones or using the speaker. I was very upset, because there was a big hope that I could get a good sound. What should I do?"

Answer: "Can be used with any portable device that uses a 4 position 3.5mm jack".

I repeated again: "I know how it should work, but it does not work at all, there is no sound, it is impossible to use headphones or a speaker. What should I do?"

No answer. What should I do next?

File a Return Request.

• Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return & attach a photo.
• The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
• If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
