Seller never sent missing charger, bolts, legs that fit. They delayed and delayed after the said they were sending parts. They delayed and now Ebay won't refund or give me credit. They will not even make the seller send me what I paid for. Very upset 😡 with Seller and Ebay. It is in Seller Policy that product must be in condition described. If it has flaws, they must post actual pictures of item, not a commercial ad picture. They put a commercial ad photo which is not what they sent me! Angry with Ebay letting the Seller get away with this scam. I'm a 15 year buyer with Ebay. No customer protection or loyalty from Ebay. Why have rules for Sellers, if you don't informed them. This tells me Ebay has lost it! No integrity in protecting the buyer from scams.
