I never got my item back and issued a refund.

A buyer, avondalnaturalfoods, bought 2 coins, said they were fake. I know they weren’t but I agreed to the return. I refunded hi , because thAts what it said to do. I never got my item back. There is no phone number for eBay to talk to a live person for help.  He is asking me to send an eBay return label. No idea how to do that

Your refund closed the return, so you can not send an eBay label.

Create a free account at pirateship.om. Create a label, then print it to a pdf. Send the pdf to the buyer in an eBay message.

When you want the item returned, do not refund until you receive the item.
