I need to send a revised invoice

I've sold an item payment is on hold. I went to ship item it was a lot higher than ebay's estimated shipping cost. Buyer agreed to pay and additional fee to send the item I can't find how to send a revised invoice

Do this only if buyer agreed, as charging more is against policy.   You will have to send a PayPal invoice for the additional amount.  Otherwise, you would need to cancel the transaction and have buyer repurchase from an updated listing.

Sellers are not allowed to charge more for shipping that what was indicated on the listing page. You will have to pay the difference yourself.

You can't ask the buyer to pay anymore then what was shown in the listing.

If a seller makes a mistake on the shipping, they have to make up the difference.
