I need a refund on an item not as discribed

I purchased the bottom half of a driver’s side leather seat, metal, padding and leather covered.  When it arrived I took it to my mechanic to have it installed but it was not a match for my 2002 Mustang Convertible.  It stated in the EBay ad it was an OEM  for that make, model and year.  I requested a refund within 30 days which was today.  Now EBay has closed my case at 8 pm with no explanation.  What do I do now?

What is the seller's return policy, and what reason did you give for the Returns Request?  Why did you wait until the last day to ask for the return?
