I may have been scammed

Ebay site shows that the item I ordered was shipped on March 28th, but I have not received it. The seller will not respond to my emails and never sent a tracking number. But he has my money. What recourse do I have and what should be my next step?

the estimated delivery date timelines are shown on your order details

if you don't receive your item within that timeline, you can open an item not received case starting the next day after the last estimated delivery date for up to 30 days.

How do I start the process to get a refund for an item that I never shipped or received? The seller will not respond to my emails.

IF it's for the drone, that's one of the many scam listings we've been dealing with lately.

It's all fraudulent, the item doesn't exist and will never ship, and you won't be able to open a refund claim on your own due to the category the scammer used.

eBay is fully aware of these scams right now and can help you get a refund.
